Yesterday met up with Junxian, Fei n Alex go sch study,
around 10am reach den print past yr papers till 11am,
book-ed rm in library study till 1.15pm jiu went lunch at FC3,
ate chicken fried rice with mutton curry n water melon juice.

Ohh ya, yellow is nice rite?
Hahas...
tats y i always like yellow colour. =p
But pink also not bad lar.
Btw only 3 of us noe y, hehe...

After lunch went borrow Monopoly to relax our mind,
Yeah! I'm the winner of our fast version Monopoly!
Hahas pls call me pro. XD
After playing, we happened to meet our ICD Dora cher!
We requested her to go through one past yr paper with us.
And guess wad?
We got confidence liao!
Thanks Dora! =p

Nxt,
we planned sports for ltr!
Badminton at Woodlands Sports Hall,
from 12pm to 2pm,
follow by
a light lunch,
lastly
swimming at Woodlands Swimming Complex,
from 3pm to 5pm.

Btw Boss commented tat i had put on quite some weight,
argh...
cant help it lar,
MST coming,
so stress,
no choice jiu keep eating to reduce my stress.
Haiis sad lor,
dunoe y i so lazy to build up my body,
if not jiu no need to worry so much liao.

Another issue on my mind,
yes its about BGR.
Hmm dunoe why i'm always thinking of it.
Maybe its becos i've nv being in one?
Argh!
Just cant stop thinking. =.=
I'm still waiting for the special one to appear in my life,
but i guess it'll be quite hard bah.
Ever since sec sch tat crush,
it had nv been a second time tat i feel my heart beating.
Pls dont get the wrong meaning,
i'm not dead here so relax k..
Hahas...
Shall explain more nxt time..

Guys, dont say i nv share with you all wad i thinking,
I think i just need some more time to slowly change.
Cos i always shut myself away n say nth nth,
actually i'm just escaping from these problems.
I must learn to face them.

Rain-ed upon reaching.
Took shelter at nearby carpark.

Today:
Last day to slack, play, have fun n rest.
Monday onwards will be for studying.

Ok great, later meeting Junxian 8.30am for ICD extra lesson.
But still cant get to slp, everyday wake up jiu very tired.
And these few days dunoe y keep stuffing myself with food.
Spent this week mostly staring at lappy stone-ing.
Felt myself more lost den ever.
I'm going nowhere by the looks of it.
Finally noe y i'm so unfit, thx to all the stuffing...
Aww dunoe wad to say..
Ohya, thinking of MST made me more sian.
Nearly one more week to MST.
Gonna have to mug liao... Haiis...
Having 4 papers =.="
Gonna die tis time.
Too much things on my mind.
Cant even concentrate...
Think i'll slping at 5am bah.

This morning's basketball was ok but it could be better if its not so hot! Slping for less den 4 hrs and standing in the hot sun shooting basketball, simply drained off from my my energy faster den i expected. But it feels kinda relaxing after sweating it all out. The cooling breeze with something to drink after you cool down, and someone to chat with was something i ever enjoyed. After reaching home, dota-ed with alex, dumb bell training and "dancing" cai showered.

Tml morning going running with Derek, Weisong n Alex. Follow by breadfirst den basketball with Ricky, Mark, Patrick, Meimei, Derek, Weisong. Den afternoon going swimming with Ben. Hahas tml is filled with activities.

1st week of my holiday ending soon with:

-Runnings

-Swimmings

-Dumb Bell trainings

-Push Up trainings

-Dotas

Last but not least,
Happy Birthday to both Jun Yuan n Hwee Sian! =p

Yesterday went swimming at woodlands swimming complex.
Junxian, Marco, Alex, Weisong, Derek and me!

Guess wad, the density of the water in the pool is diff!

Lols the water is salty and swimming in it makes me super relaxed!

Still not used to deep pool, phobia i think..

But, i managed to swim at sallower water.

Wads left is my breathing, still need some time to get use.

Swam like 1 hr plus only, btw sat will be going swimming again.

Den dinner-ed at CWP, ate western with weisong while others ate korean meal.

Later 8am plus will be meeting Ricky to go Basketball training at RP.

kk gtg le, left around 4 hrs to slp, bye~

Yesterday spent whole day slacking as well.
Eat, play, Sleep.
Everyday i'm doing the same thing.
Or should i say i had been doing it for years?

Later 6pm will be going swimming at woodlands.
Ohya 6am bb too, provided i'm able to wake up.

6am met up with weisong and alex for our morning run.
After one and a half round, i felt pain my bone above my left ankle.
Unable to continue thus dragged my left leg along the way back to circle green entrance.
On the way, i felt i have no energy in my left leg where the bone hurts.
Aww.. So lucky.
But, i managed to pull myself together to sprint half a round with my full speed after tat.
Wow good job Lance!
Its the 1st time you sprint so far, without stopping.
Thanks Derek who told me i had to train for power.
And i really felt the power within my legs!
Will continue to train hard...
We ran for like 10mins, den went to fitness corner train.
Afterwhich we went for breadfirst at 768 foodcourt.

$2.50! Eat to your heart's content! XD

Hahas enjoyed myself even though its just 2hrs together with my friends. =p

These few days i am too lazy to blog.
Finally updating...

Sat:
Afternoon went swimming with Ben, ruyi n karen.
Ohya, ruyi n karen went gym instead of swimming with us.
Took taxi there from 846.
Started entering the pool at 12.15pm.
Ended at around 4pm.
And you guys noe smth?
I finally learnt how to swim frog style.
But i guess i still need lots of practice.
Esp the breathing part. =p
All thanks to both ben n ruyi der tips.

Den at night, weisong came my house to ton.
For more info of wad we did tat night,
pls refer to weisong's blog. Hehe...
Ohya, i am suffering from mirror sunburn.
My skin is reddish n it feels v hot, esp my back..

Sun/Mon:
As for sun n mon, nth much happened.
Slacked whole day as nth to do.
To be honest, its tat i am not in the mood to do anything.
Took lots of nap these few days.
Dota-ed as usual, win/lose no longer matters.
Used heros i nv use be4, n learnt how to use liao.
As 1st timers, i think i still can improve. Lols...

Hmm realised tat all my friends around me had their own things to do,
and i wondered y i always nth to do..
Had been thinking of alot of things i wanna do in this holiday.
But.. Still dunoe if i can do them all, but i'll give it a try.
So far i only achieved one of them.
Later will be going morning run with weisong n alex.
Long time no run le, time to start running..

Lived in the past, time to live for the future.
Way to go Lance!

Morning! Last night fell aslp so didn't manage to update.
Met Ricky and reached SP 1hr be4 lesson.
Facebook-ed till now, left around 10mins to lesson.
Oh btw envy Ricky lor, he going home soon.
Cos he came sch for a 20mins test jiu go home le.
Poor me, haven even start lesson he jiu go home.
Demoralised me, and made me think of pon-ing.
But as a good student, i decided to go for lesson.

Ohya yesterday when we were on the journey to SP,
we saw a couple around our age.
Guess wad they doing? =.="
Kissing like no tml!
Kiss 1st time, kiss 2nd time, still wan to kiss...
Omg can? Ah peks watching 'free show'..
